The building, designed on a Y-shaped floor plan, is largely enveloped by a double-skin aluminum-glass façade. This allows the inner windows to be opened even under strong wind conditions and external noise. Sun protection blinds located in the cavity between the panes, behind fixed safety glazing for glare control, can be operated individually but are also automatically influenced by sun sensors.
