Opened last year, Hyatt Regency Zadar, the first Hyatt hotel in Croatia, stands as a landmark hospitality destination, bringing contemporary elegance to the historic Adriatic coast.

Located in the heart of Zadar, the hotel seamlessly blends modern architectural expression with the city’s rich cultural heritage — offering expansive views, abundant natural light, and exceptional comfort for guests.

Nearly all aluminium-glass elements across the hotel complex bear the signature of WICONA. Depending on the specific area of the building, they were executed using a combination of WICTEC façade systems, WICLINE windows, WICSTYLE doors and the WICSLIDE sliding system.

Beyond meeting stringent technical requirements in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as watertightness, these systems form an essential part of the hotel’s visual identity — one of the key elements contributing to its elegance and refined sense of sophisticated luxury.
