Park Kneževa

Park kneževa or in translation Princes' Park rightly bears its name as an exceptional project of the highest level of quality and architectural value, based on ecological awareness and complex technical solutions.

An oasis of living was created in the very center of Zagreb (Croatia) on a space that had been neglected and devastated for years, in cooperation with the renowned architectural studio 3LHD. The quality of Zagreb's block structure in the city center, which inspired the project, enables quality urban life, a unique lifestyle and cultural opportunities within a densely populated area.

This project follows the highest standards of green construction and care for the environment, from the collection of rainwater used for irrigation, waste disposal systems, to the installation of the highest quality materials, equipment and technical solutions that ensure low energy consumption.

Sliders WICSLIDE, Windows WICLINE, Façades WICTEC are made of low carbon aluminum Hydro CIRCAL 75R that contains a minimum of 75% recycled, post-consumer scrap. Hydro CIRCAL has a carbon footprint among the lowest in the world: 2.3 kg CO2 per kilo of aluminum, 73% less than the European average, certified by an independent third party and provided with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
