High-performance aluminium façade and window systems for a modern airport hotel in Stuttgart

A six storey high modern hotel next to Stuttgart Airport by the architects Reichel+Stauth. For basement and groundfloor facade as stick system is used. Punched windows up to sixth storey take over the grid of the groundfloor facade. Sound insulation levels starting from 41 and up to 45dB were solved with a WICLINE 77 special construction and a Uw=1.5W/m²K. Fire protecting facades in WICTEC 50FP.
