Opened in December 2017, Marischal Square is a vibrant new mixed-use complex in the centre of the city, located on Broad Street in the appropriately named area, New Aberdeen. The buildings have an impressive exterior aesthetic of high-quality elevations of granite and glass and has a high sustainability rating. The offices possess BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC ‘A’ ratings.
