H2Offices offers premium-quality office spaces, due not only to its excellent location in the most popular office area in Budapest, but also to the quality and sustainability of the materials used. Designed by STUDIO IN-EX and ARROW Architects, this building has a connection to nature and environmental consciousness built into its core, serving as a meeting hub and a place for community life. The size of the first phase of the H2Offices project is 26,820 m2 of gross leasable area, with 3 underground parking levels and 8 floors above ground, plus a running track on the roof. Our WICTEC facade ensured the slim, filigree structure that accentuates the longitudinal ribs even more.
