Urban regeneration with high-performance facades

The Gentilly Project is a new building combining offices and housing as part of the urban regeneration plan for the municipality of Gentilly, located on the outskirts of the city of Paris. Rising on land once occupied by old industrial warehouses, this building is redefining the urban image of the street with a unique curtain wall characterised by gold anodised aluminium profiles.

WICONA's WICTEC 50 system was used for the construction, with profiles offering a front view of only 50 mm and a depth of between 50 and 260 mm. These dimensions and the wide range of variants of WICTEC 50 make it possible to adapt to all types of construction requirements and achieve high thermal and acoustic performance, which is also guaranteed by the WICLINE 65 evo windows with the sash integrated in the façade.
