Refurbishment for innovation and sustainability

A former six storey office, the DAA Hob project refurbished the complete internal and external look of the building extending to approximately 8500 m². This was the first phase of a planned 70-acre business park aimed at international high-tech companies involved in research and development and other service industries.

This refurbishment included a new triple-glazed façade with the WICTEC SG Curtain Wall, and the WICSTYLE 65 evo Doors. Many ideas and products came together in this project resulting in LEED Platinum Accreditation being achieved.
