Nestled in the historic center, it is built over buildings from different eras. A structural reorganization was carried out on the old buildings, to which the new seven-story structure with a WICTEC EL glass and aluminum façade was connected. The connections to the adjacent buildings consist of other glazed sections that act as bridges. The upper floors house offices, while the ground floor features a large foyer and a two-story auditorium with a gallery and wide doors opening onto the square. A unique feature is the screen printing on the glass, which reproduces the names of all the municipalities that make up the region, creating a distinctive graphic pattern.
