A luminous metamorphosis

Since its construction in 1990, this glass and stone ocean liner has extended its 11,800 m² (120,000 sq ft) over ten levels at 12 Avenue André Malraux. The interiors have been completely redesigned to meet the current demands of commercial real estate. As for the facades, a new, high-performance, all-glass envelope creates a more rectilinear and slender design. Gone are the stone cladding and opaque sills, as well as the corner rotunda. Completely demolished, its concrete structure has been replaced by a false right-angled metal frame, in front of which now rises a smooth glass facade, slightly set back from the corner of the entrance hall, also glazed over its entire double height.
