Breathing new life into a 1970's icon
The rehabilitation of this building, built in 1970, is signed Antony Rio (Agence architecture Unité). Total energy retrofit with design touches: The Mabilais was equipped with windows that meet the WICLINE 65 latest standards for energy efficiency. Manufacturing and installation of aluminum fittings were made by the Company Aluvair. The building was able to preserve its original appearance, typical of French architecture 70 and therefore its own identity.
