The Mill

The Mill! Situated in the attractive location of Mlynské Nivy, which has become Bratislava's new business boulevard, it offers the highest standards of office space. It operates with energy efficiency and has achieved LEED Gold certification. The design is a result of an international architecture competition won by Studio DKLN. This modern office building has seventeen floors, a green roof, and is based on the contrast of white and black. The ventilated shell of aluminium panels in a regular grid is paired with brilliant white colour and glass surfaces. Although it is not the tallest building, the architecture still makes it dominant. The project showcases our system solutions WICLINE, WICSTYLE, and WICTEC made of Hydro CIRCAL, a prime quality aluminium made with a minimum of 75% recycled end-of-life aluminium. Hydro CIRCAL has a carbon footprint among the lowest in the world: 1.9 kg CO2 per kilo of aluminium.
