Through an integrated and modular planning approach — combining compact massing, a flexible grid, and advanced building services — the campus reduces operational energy demand and targets DGNB Gold certification, while supporting high-performance workplace environments.

Thanks to close collaboration between all project partners, a modern working environment was created that meets user needs and contemporary construction standards.
