Our approach to stakeholder dialogue considers the OECD Due Diligence guidance for Responsible Business Conduct. We are committed to interacting with all our stakeholders in an ethical and transparent manner. We strive to demonstrate integrity in everything we do through: diversity and inclusion; dialogue with local communities; dialogue with associations, NGOs and other institutional stakeholders. We for instance work with suppliers sharing common values who also want to go towards sustainability by being transparent and agreeing to our Code of Conduct. We continuously implement new ways of sustainability screening to ensure sustainable behaviors according to applicable laws and international regulation. Finally, we also work with our customers networks to benchmark the best practices and impulse a more sustainable market in the long run.
