Centre aquatique de l’estuaire Aquaparc

The design is part of an environmental approach optimising energy management and the visual, acoustic and hygrothermal comforts adapted to this type of building. The hall with its five pools (1,267 m2 of water) opens up onto the outdoor beaches and the landscaped park through a south-east façade entirely glazed under three shed-like roofs with zenithal lighting between them.

WICONA's prescription team has supported Coste Architectures from the design phase of the project in 2015 - one of the first in France to be fully modelled in BIM (BIM d'or in 2014).
