Passive house technology redefined: sustainable sports building with WICONA façade systems

The ability of Södra’s staff to look outside of the (wooden) box is demonstrated by an, at the time, unique architectural structure, which opened last year. The indoor tennis centre commissioned by Södra to be built in Växjö combines timber, aluminium and glass within a sports complex, which is not only visually striking, but is also energetically highly efficient. This building proves that passive house technology is also showing the way forward in non-domestic construction.
