We are looking for the region Regional China Sales Manager, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial drive, being responsible for the development of the sales in the geographical area by targeting the decision-makers in the project business, like architects, property developers and other project facilitators, meanwhile able to handle technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales

Area of responsibilities

Build database for new consultants / façade consultants / contractors / façade contractors / architects / developers, to maximize customer potential in dedicated regions.

在所负责的业务区域,建立起新客户的数据库(包括幕墙顾问,总承包,幕墙工程公司,建筑师,开发商等),扩大潜在客户网络。

Focus on both existing and new customers, understand customer’s needs, coordinate supplies to customers and organize to meet customer’s other necessary needs

在维护现有客户的基础上,开发新客户。了解客户需求,协调订单发货进程,调度公司内部资源满足客户其它合理需求。

Support marketing activities by inviting existed customers and prospects (consultants / façade consultants / contractors / façade contractors / architects / developers), to participate seminar, fairs, job site visit...

通过邀请已有客户和潜在客户(包括幕墙顾问,总承包,幕墙工程公司,建筑师,开发商等),参加公司组织的研讨会,展会,项目参观等,支持公司的市场推广活动。

Receive the project package from customers and take clear understanding for all details, specifications. Assess competitors, resulting chances and risks. Make plan on forward tasks, including coordination with internal team, to prepare required documents, mockups…etc

对接收到的项目招标文件进行理解和分析,认真评估竞争对手,项目的机会和风险等因素。为下一步工作的推进制定方案和计划,包括协调公司内部团队准备所需的文件资料和样品等。

Be able to work with CRM/Salesforce. Fulfill and update CRM/Salesforce database as required.

按照公司的要求坚持在工作中使用Salesforce客户关系管理软件;及时准确的完成客户和项目数据及信息的填报和更新。

Familiar with international products/systems (Stick Curtain walls, windows, doors…etc.). Be able to make standard systems/products demonstration independently to customers

熟悉公司的产品和系统(框架幕墙,门窗等),能独立为客户做公司标准产品系列的特性介绍

Make monthly delivery forecast report, according to updated project situation. Coordinate and communicate with internal logistic team, clearly understand delivery situation, follow up receivable payment from customers.

根据项目的进展情况,每月按时完成发货预测报告;保持与公司物流团队的沟通,清晰掌握订单发货状况,跟进客户的收款。

Qualification 要求:

Bachelor’s degrees of Mechanical engineering, civil engineering or relevant 

机械工程或工民建等相关专业本科以上学历

Strong understanding of windows, doors and façade

熟悉门窗,幕墙设计工作

5+ years’ experience in technical support at curtain wall company, international building system company is preferred

五年以上门窗幕墙公司技术支持工作经验,就职于国际系统门窗公司的优先考虑

Proficient operation of Auto CAD, Office, Photoshop etc.

能熟练运用AutoCAD, Office, Photoshop等软件

Certain level of English is required   

有一定的英文能力

Strong presentation skills

良好的演讲技巧

Strong communication skills and team spirit  

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
