Wicline 125 Coupled window

PROJECT SOLUTION

WICLINE 125

WICLINE 125 is a composite window system for buildings with particularly high requirements when it comes to overall technical characteristics, above all thermal insulation. One special featureis the insulating zone in the frame and the insulation in the inner and outer sash. Depending on the glazing used, you can achieve Uw values of less than 0.9 W/m2K. Moreover, this is without additional measures in the frame, such as foaming, which often have disadvantages. Sun protection devices can be integrated between the outer and the inner pane.

The advantages of WICLINE 125 at a glance:

  • Optimised thermal insulation, Uw values below 0,9 W/m2K possible for the entire structure
  • Also ideal for renovation projects: improves energy efficiency without compromising appearance
  • The outer sash can be executed in a thermally-insulated or concealed version, with industry contour or as a bonded structural glazing version
  • Simple to add burglar resistance WK2/WK3
  • Based on the WICONA Unisys principle: great freedom of design, high process safety, cost and time saving production, few tools required

Types of opening:

  • Turn windows
  • Turn/tilt windows
  • Tilt- first windows

Technical values:

Heat insulation: Up to Uw = 0.9 W/m2K for the entire structure
Sash weights:

Outer sash: 80 kg
Composite sash overall: up to 160 kg

If you have further requirements we will be happy to provide you with an individual solution.
